Monday - Friday
Place your order by 12.30 pm for same day delivery. After 12.30pm please call us to confirm if we can squeeze you in. We will do our best.
Saturdays
Place your order by 10am for same day delivery.
If your order is placed after these cut off times your order will be delivered on the next business.
Deliveries to business addresses will be made during business hours. Deliveries to residential addresses will be made before 7pm.
On our busy days like Mother’s day and Valentine’s Day we do not guarantee delivery times, although we WILL deliver your order on the stated date.
In the event that you have the wrong delivery address, we will contact you regarding the correct delivery details and deliver your order at our next possible convenience.

If at any time you are not completely happy with our service or our products, please let us know so we can rectify any errors or oversights that may have occurred. We are here to help and we will go the any lengths to ensure that you are satisfied with Fairytale flowers.
If you are not 100% happy with the flowers you have received please call us to discuss your matter and come to a mutual resolution regarding re delivery or if necessary, refund.
We ask that you ensure that we are notified of any problems as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that you find our product less than satisfactory, we must be notified within 24 hours to ensure that some resolution can be made.
While the flowers are in your care, it is your responsibility to look after them in a manner that will prolong their life.
